Then we consider the organization of the followership theory and have future directions. We confirmed the definition of followership was sorted as “Leadership process approach” and “Influence paradigm”. Next, we confirmed that there are three genealogies, \"Role-based approach,\" \"Constructivist approach,\" and \"Contingency approach\" about followership research.
