In other words, the purpose of the research was to point out issues that cause when crossing organizational boundaries, and to consider the methods of interpretation and symbols as meaning-making that are necessary for this. Through theory and case analysis, we were able to confirm the following hypothetical views.\nSensemaking across organizations requires symbols that express commonality from the cognitive level. It is important that symbols not only make sense in terms of a chain of past experiences, present experiences, and embodiments of future expectations, but also can be interpreted in terms of fairness and impartiality.\nWe need to be aware of the ingenuity that multiple organizations work as one collective entity from the behavioral level.
