{"created":"2023-06-19T11:41:15.643952+00:00","id":1515,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"87684761-a1a8-45d8-afdc-7196e7193a48"},"_deposit":{"created_by":14,"id":"1515","owners":[14],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1515"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:setsunan.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001515","sets":["1:3:234:258:259"]},"author_link":["2765","2766"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2023-02","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1・2","bibliographicPageEnd":"119","bibliographicPageStart":"81","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"30","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"経営情報研究：摂南大学経営学部論集"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Business Administration and Information","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では、メタ知識であるトランザクティブ・メモリーと専門家会議などのテンポラリー・クラスターの関係に注目しながら、次の仕組みについて理論的な検討を行い、事例分析と重ね合わせて吟味を行なった。地方の産業振興において地域外部に存在するトランザクティブ・メモリーをどのような方法で獲得するのか、獲得した知識はどのようにして地域内へ伝搬させ企業をまたいで共有するのか。\nその結果、以下の諸点について確認することができた。\nトランザクティブ・メモリーに効率よく接触する方法の１つは、テンポラリー・クラスター（専門家会議など）を継続して開催すること、そして、当地域に集まった地域外からの参加者とバズを介して情報交換を行うことである。開催の継続は、情報的影響力のある準拠集団としての認知を醸成する。\n地域がテンポラリー・クラスターなどを通じて得た地域外部のトランザクティブ・メモリーを、統合的・選択的に地域内へ伝搬させる工夫が必要である。参加者間のバズを重視し、情報的刺激のある内容に配慮した「場」の運営は、関係者のメタ知識の幅を広げる。\nIn this paper, we investigate the following mechanisms theoretically, focusing on the relationship between transactive memory, which is meta-knowledge, and temporary clusters such as expert meetings, and examine them in conjunction with a case study analysis.\nHow to acquire transactive memory from outside the region for industrial development, and how to propagate the acquired knowledge within the region and share it across firms? As a result, the following points were identified.\nOne of the most effective ways to reach out to transactive memory is to continue holding temporary clusters (e.g., expert meetings) and to exchange information via the buzz with participants who gather in the area from outside the region. Continued hosting of temporary clusters will foster recognition of the region as a reference group with informational influence.\nIt is necessary to devise ways to propagate transactive memory that the region has acquired through temporary clusters to the inside of the region in an integrated and selective manner.
