| 内容記述 | "This paper examines the optimal capital structure of the firm when debt has the roles of both ""reducing-free-cash"" and ""reorganization"". Under one reorganization process, we show that the optimal financing policy for the firm is to choose debt seniority structure (between junior and senior debt) as well as to determine the debt level as a whole." | |||||
