歴史的な推移や出現する文脈のフォーマル度を比較することにより、当構文はthere+be+NP+VP 文のカジュアルな文型、つまり縮約形there’s が不変化詞として機能し、
完了を表す have がNP の後で省略された文構造を持つと主張する。There’s a man been shot,hasn’t there? という付加疑問文では、there’s が文頭にあることから、存在文だと認識され
るため、付加疑問部の主語にthere が選択され、省略されたhave が助動詞として使われていると推測する。},
