| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to empirically and exploratory if the followership components of Vietnamese employees. And we clarify the difference between individual characteristics such as gender of followers. The analysis showed that followership of Vietnamese employees is three components. Second, no correlation was found between individual characteristics and Vietnamese employees’ followership components. Finally, among the components of followership, the average is higher and easier to perform in this order（1） followership（non-role behavior）,（2） followership （consideration behavior）, and（3） followership（critical behavior） | |||||||||||
